I have been a State Farm Customer for over 25 years. Always good service and good value. My father started me at State Farm way back when. He is also a life long customer. I think I have had 4 different agents + the agent my dad had. I have now settled on Terry Lavelle as my primary agent and since I am the caregiver of my senile parents, consolidated their policies with him as well. He was really helpful when the ex and I went through our divorce, offering, good, strong advice, and that is when he earned my loyalty. I have all my policies with his office: homeowners and multiple vehicles. I have had multiple claims over the years, auto and homeowners, and it is always so easy and fast. Which says a lot, as I am old-fashioned and have yet to own a cell phone. It has been my experience with Terry and all his staff, that they take care of my interests as if they were their interests. I am always treated with prompt, courteous, value laden service. It is my opinion that you would be hard pressed to find a better agent, supporting team, and organization than Terry LaValle - State Farm Agent.

This past year we decided to change insurance companies. After doing some research and inquiry, we ended up with State Farm. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness we have received from Terry LaValle. He is friendly, outgoing, courteous, and makes us feel like we are his only customer. Terry goes above and beyond no matter what the situation to make sure we feel he is taking care of us.
